Refund policy

At Cozy Custom, each product is made to order to provide you with unique and high-quality items. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for items where the customer has ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, if you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we are committed to making it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@cozy-custom.com with the following information:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the defective or damaged item

Upon review, if the product is deemed defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for errors in the provided shipping address. Ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.
  • Minor variations in print placement (within 0.5") are within acceptable industry standards and will not be considered defects.
