Order Processing and Production Time

All our products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and sent to production. Production times may vary depending on the product and the selected Print Provider. Typically, production takes between 2 to 7 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, production times may be extended.

Security check: For security reasons, some orders may require a quick email confirmation before we send them to print. Thanks for understanding — it helps us protect our customers.

Shipping Destinations and Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship to the following countries with the estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3-10 business days
  • Canada: 5-17 business days
  • Australia: If the product is produced in Australia, delivery takes 3-10 business days. If produced elsewhere, delivery may take 10 business days or more.
  • Ukraine: Due to the distance from our production partners, delivery may take 10-15 business days or longer.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary based on factors such as shipping method, destination, and potential customs delays.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product, destination, and selected shipping method. We offer various shipping options, including Economy, Standard, and Priority shipping. For detailed information on shipping rates, please refer to our Shipping Rates page.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.

International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printify to investigate the issue and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or refund. Please note that we are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. For more details, refer to Printify's Terms of Service.

Returns and Exchanges

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order ID and a photo of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable solution.
