  • All products at Cozy Custom are made to order through our trusted fulfillment partners, including Printify.
  • This means that once your order is placed, production begins immediately.

2.2 Product Images & Colors

  • We make every effort to display colors and product images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process.
  • Print placement variations (up to 0.5 inches) are within industry standards and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in USD (or applicable currency based on your location).
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Secure payments are processed via Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and other accepted methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • USA: 3-10 business days
  • Canada: 5-17 business days
  • Australia: 3-10 business days (if produced locally), 10+ days if produced elsewhere
  • Ukraine: 10-15+ business days

Shipping times are estimated and may vary based on factors such as production time, courier delays, and customs processing.

4.2 Tracking & Customs

  • You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
  • For international orders, additional customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Since our products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is:

✅ Not as described (e.g., incorrect product, design misprint)

  • Orders are sent to production immediately after purchase. Because of this, we cannot guarantee order cancellations or modifications.
